You have the option to cancel your order within seven days of receiving the goods, but please note that the seven-day period starts from the date of receipt of the goods. You are responsible for the initial delivery cost and the return of unopened and undamaged products. To cancel an order, please email our Customer Services at: info@ruddersrum.co.uk. All credits will be issued within 30 days of cancellation, provided the goods are returned within that period.

We ensure that all our products leave us in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the product or service received, please contact us via email at info@ruddersrum.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving the item or the expected delivery date. We may ask you to return the item to us in the original packaging so we can investigate the problem and rectify it, or if appropriate, provide a refund. Please be advised that all disputes must be communicated to us by email, with supporting evidence (including but not limited to photographs). Disputes made via social media platforms, review sites, or by telephone will not be accepted. Additionally, please retain proof of postage when returning items, as we will not be responsible for lost returns. We will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
